Terms of Use – Cargo Empire

1. Acceptance of Terms

Cargo Empire: Ship Tycoon (“the Game”) is developed by ProtoStar Studios and available exclusively on Apple iOSvia the Apple App Store.

By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

2. License

Use of the Game is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license for personal entertainment purposes.

3. Game Progress & Data

All game progress is stored locally on your device.

ProtoStar Studios is not responsible for any loss of data, including but not limited to:

  • device change,
  • app deletion,
  • operating system updates,
  • device malfunction.

4. Advertisements

The Game may include optional rewarded advertisements.

Viewing advertisements is voluntary and may provide in-game rewards.

ProtoStar Studios is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. Purchases

The Game currently does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions.

This may change in future updates.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Game,
  • use cheats, bots, or exploits,
  • use the Game for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

ProtoStar Studios does not guarantee:

  • error-free operation,
  • uninterrupted availability,
  • compatibility with all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProtoStar Studios shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game.

9. Changes to These Terms

ProtoStar Studios may update these Terms of Use at any time.

Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
